On the Way - Flight to Shanghai

6 Sep - 0400 - on descent into Shanghai Pu Dong airport

06 September 2013 - Wow... cross the date line and a whole day has disappeared. The flight got into Shanghai on time. Customs and immigration went quickly. The bikes were already on the baggage carousel. Olivier had arranged a pickup for us - the driver was waiting and his van took the bikes and bags without difficulty. We were at Olivier's apartment in Shanghai before 0600. We went for a short local walk, picked up the makings for breakfast, came back to the apartment and had breakfast with Olivier and Emilie. By 0900, they had gone to work and we lay down for a nap.
